Accurate workforce demand, supply, and training data are essential for regional talent management. We contracted with ECONorthwest to identify current and projected manufacturing workforce demand, supply, and training capacities. The project also identifie skill and training gaps. The goal of this analysis was greater regional capacity to respond to supply and demand issues in targeted sectors.  The final report included recommendations for a strategic alignment of regional workforce and training resources with demand.
